What counts as a connected account?
A connected account is any Instagram Business or Creator account you link to pollin8. Each connected account is billed separately, so you only pay for what you use.
Can I add or remove accounts anytime?
Yes! You can connect or disconnect Instagram accounts at any time. Billing adjusts automatically - you'll be prorated when adding accounts mid-cycle.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Your trial includes full access to all features. When it ends, you'll need to add a payment method to continue. If you don't, your account will be paused but your data will be saved.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you're not satisfied. After that, we don't offer partial refunds, but you can cancel anytime and your plan will remain active until the end of your billing period.
Is there a limit on team members?
No! You can invite unlimited team members to your organization at no extra cost. Team members can have Admin or Member roles with different permission levels.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. We don't currently support PayPal or invoicing for smaller accounts.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, you can switch from monthly to annual billing anytime to start saving. Switching from annual to monthly will take effect at your next renewal date.
Do you offer discounts for agencies with many accounts?
Yes! Contact us if you're managing more than 20 Instagram accounts. We offer volume discounts for larger agencies.
